Made-to-order MAKING TIME
All our items are individually carefully altered, cut and sewn. So each order will go through 3-4 weeks making process until we hand your items to our carrier for shipping.

The Current processing time for Standard Shipping for Domestic Orders after your Piece is made is 2-3 business days. All Packages are tracked- you will be sent the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your state.
Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs hold and other external third parties are outside of our control.
* CUSTOM TAX/ DUTIES
Please be aware that the shipping fee excludes the customs duties, which varied from different countries. To find out the exact amount, please refer to your custom and duties information provided by official government website.
Returns
If you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
We will get to you back with the return address and further instructions.
Please Note:
• Items must show no visible signs of wear, stains, makeup, perfume scent, etc.
• The product tag has not been removed.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all return shipments must be provided with return tracking information.
JULMERRESIRENE reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements. Returns must be accepted by us with written approval.
We offer store credit, alteration or exchanges for a different style, size or colour. We do not process refunds for returned items.
Credit notes have no expiry date.
We do not accept returns/ exchanges on products that are considered undergarments for hygiene reasons.
